Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza is an exquisite actress who is leaving a mark on the small screen. De La Garza born 1976 to an Irish mother and a Mexican father in Columbus Ohio. The family moved to Texas in order to pursue an occupation as a physical therapist in the University of Texas. De La Garza did not stay in Texas for long and shortly after moved in Orlando Florida, where she took on a number of roles as an actor such as local independent commercials and films. Her passion for acting quickly grew for the art of acting even in minor parts. After moving from New York, in 2001 she was offered her first part as a performer in the show All My Children. She had minor roles on JAG: Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men in the early 2000s. In 2004 she landed her first role in a major series on the short-lived drama The Mountain. De La Garza, who was Maria Serrano on The Mountain was fortunate to have starred with a variety of notable TV actors, such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget, and Mitch Pilegget. Her most famous role was Law & Order, where she portrayed A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episodes. The character she played on her Law & Order: LA spinoff was only a few episodes. De La Garza has received numerous nominations in the character's honor for her role, including Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominees. The actress was awarded the Impact Award in 2008 for her exceptional performance in a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza was then selected as a regular actor in CSI Miami. She played Marisol Delko's wife and the character of David Caruso Horatio Caine. Her most current TV work was on NBC's somewhat dramatic dark dramatic Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. Alyssa Milano was cancelled by NBC after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are from Italian heritage and is the younger sister of Cory who is about 10 years younger than her. She was raised in an extremely religious and conservative family. Milano was first introduced to acting when she was seven years old. Her babysitter brought her along for her first audition. Her audition was among over 1000 hopefuls. Milano was chosen as one of only four girls. Milano was featured in commercials on television and off-Broadway, including the American musical adaptation from Jane Eyre.
